About Me
Kate Jackson is a fully insured acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Her journey into Chinese Medicine was ignited by a move to Hong Kong where she lived and worked for 14 years.
She worked as a trader in the Finance industry where the fast pace of work and life often ran her down leaving her tired and sometimes exhausted. Having been introduced to acupuncture for a sports related pain condition which saw good improvement, it was suggested she might try a treatment for stress and insomnia that had been a frequent foe.
With positive results she continued to receive regular treatments throughout her time in Asia. She realised it was something amazing that she would love to learn and practice, which is what she did upon her return to the UK.
She is a great advocate of the use of acupuncture to balance hormones and boost the immune system. She strongly believes in an integrated approach to health and wellness, optimising both Eastern and Western knowledge.
Kate is a local lady hailing from Cobham and attending local schools (Cobham, Meopham and Mayfield). She is a keen netballer and avid fan of Charlton Athletic (please don’t hold that against her !). You may have seen Kate at Cobham Community Stores where she is part of the volunteer team. She is thrilled to be working within her local community and passionate about the benefits of acupuncture for all.
Kate offers acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping and laser therapy.
Kate is a generalist acupuncturist with experience across a wide range of conditions. She has a keen interest in the area of fertility and has gained membership to the AFN (Acupuncture Fertility Network). Her clinical experience has yielded plentiful successful outcomes which is a source of great pride.

Kate's hours are flexible. Appointments can start as early as 8am and as late as 8pm weekdays. Weekend appointments are also available. Please check on line for booking availability or call to discuss most suitable times.
