Gua Sha

What is Gua Sha?

Gua Sha is a treatment that involves scraping (traditionally using jade) over the skin in upward motion in order to produce light petechiae (small, red-like dots under the skin).

The process is believed to help blood flow and can create a “lifting” effect on your skin, which some say may help lessen toxins in your body and promote healing.
